Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily administrative, operational, and field tasks with a focus on timely and efficient execution
Conduct regular field visits to monitor maintenance, vendor work, and compliance standards
Manage transport, logistics, and asset tracking, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Supervise drivers, guards, and support staff, maintaining discipline and performance standards
Lead on-ground execution for events, relocations,



and operational requirements
Oversee facility upkeep, repairs, and preventive maintenance through direct coordination with vendors
Handle work with building management, local authorities, and external partners as needed
Act as the first responder for emergencies or in office contingencies
Collaborate with HR and Operations for planning, coordination, and process improvements

Requirements / Qualifications
Education: Graduate or equivalent; strong emphasis on leadership & reliability.
Skills: Strong execution and ownership; vendor and facility management; team supervision; transport and logistics coordination; asset and inventory management; problem-solving and emergency handling; basic Excel and reporting; effective communication and stakeholder coordination.
