identification and shaping, service creation, offering enablement, solution
development, engineering execution, deployment support, and lifecycle services.
The leader is simultaneously accountable for people leadership, engineering
capability, AI adoption, revenue growth, billable hours, and alignment with IMC
regions, R&D;, P&E;, Offering Management and Sales Management.
