Role Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, on-site rolefocused on identifying, attracting, and hiring strong talent across technology, design, marketing, product,



and other business functions.

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will manage the recruitment lifecycle from understanding hiring requirements and sourcing candidates to screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer-stage support.

You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to build robust candidate pipelines, improve recruitment processes, and deliver a professional and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across the organization.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, skills, and hiring priorities.
Source relevant candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to evaluate skills, experience, communication, and role fit.
