Your role

Minimum qualification: Commercial/Economics/ Business Administration is must; Basic technical education would be an added advantage
15+ years of business administration experience in an industrial enterprise is must.
Independent raw material buying experience also having knowledge of material management including planning / storing and proper movement.
Basic knowledge of refractory materials and competitors.
Knowledge of the internal core processes (pricing, budgeting and controlling)
Commercial understanding
Profound knowledge of products and production facilities.
Must have expertise in SAP-MM and MS-Office
Fluency in writing and speaking English; every additional language will be considered an asset.

Ability to identify and report areas of possible conflicts between RHIM strategy and market trends.




At the same time actively propose strategies for compensation of those.
Strategic sourcing Imports Management, commodity purchase Inventory Management. Monitoring Market & Competition.
Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectations.
Introduce new vendors to purchase consumables.
Should be able to work with production consumables such as Refractory & Raw Materials for refractory
Maintain complete track of PR to PO, PO to Receipt, Receipt to AP booking.
Focus on reductions in rejections/ deviations and continual improvements in procurement activity
Co-ordinate with Internal stakeholders for their requirement of all plants and Customer Sites.
Co-ordinate with accounts & Finance for accounting related matters like debit & credit notes/ reconciliation related matters & payments
