Role Description The Sales & Growth Intern will support BoulderBox’s business development and community outreach efforts in a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.

What you will actually do?

This is a sales role first:

• Get on calls with leads and turn interest into trials and memberships
• Message and follow up with leads on WhatsApp
• Answer queries fast and clearly




• Track the sales pipeline and report on both the numbers and the story behind them

We want someone who sees a conversion number and asks why, not just what.

We are a small team. Some weeks that could also means:

Shooting content on the gym floor
Sitting at the front desk for a walk-in or two
Gathering data for cold outreach to brands

The role demands engaging with leads from marketing to explain offerings and membership options, and assisting with sales activities such as lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions. The intern will help deliver a welcoming customer experience, respond to inquiries, and guide new climbers through basic orientation. Additional tasks may include supporting training events, collecting feedback, assisting with promotional campaigns, and providing administrative support to the sales and operations teams.
