Join our Legal team as Counsel - Commercial Law (m/f/d), SI India, based at our Kalwa location in Navi Mumbai.

In this role, you will be a member of the Legal team of Siemens India and a trusted Legal business partner for the SI India management. You will contribute directly to the success of the business by providing practical, strategic, and commercially attuned legal advice. You will report to the Lead Counsel, Commercial Law (Smart Infrastructure).

Your Key Responsibilities

be responsible for advising the BU management of SI India on strategic, commercial, and regulatory matters.
advance a sound governance approach to mitigate strategic risks stemming from new regulations or geo-political developments.
support complex commercial projects, creative business models, and software
