The Opportunity
In this role you will:
Manage end-to-end monthly payroll operations, including data preparation, validation, submission, and approval in collaboration with HR and external providers
Review payroll outputs, perform reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy and compliance
Support payroll-related banking, payments, reporting, and data analysis using Excel and other tools
Deliver timely, high-quality support for employee payroll queries while maintaining a strong customer experience




Contribute to payroll projects and transformation initiatives, including data migration, validation, and stakeholder coordination
Drive continuous improvement by maintaining documentation, enhancing processes, and collaborating with global payroll teams
We would love to hear from you if:
8+ years of payroll experience with strong knowledge of payroll processes and systems
Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in payroll, finance, or a related field (preferred)
Advanced Excel skills (e.g., lookups, data analysis, reconciliations) with strong attention to detail and organizational ability
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering a high-quality employee experience
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within global teams in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace
Experience with international payrolls (US, UK, Ireland) and flexibility to support EMEA/US-aligned working hours when requi
