Role Description This full-time, on-site Researcher role is based in Hyderabad and involves designing and conducting research studies to support organizational goals. The Researcher will be responsible for planning methodologies, collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and preparing clear reports and presentations for internal stakeholders. Daily tasks include literature reviews, data cleaning, statistical analysis, and documentation of research processes and findings. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, presenting insights, and making evidence-based recommendations to inform strategy and decision-making. The Researcher is expected to maintain high ethical standards in data handling and stay current with relevant tools, techniques, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
Ability to design research studies, including defining objectives, selecting appropriate methodologies, and planning data collection.
Robust skills in data collection and analysis using qualitative and quantitative techniques; familiarity with relevant tools (e.g.,



Excel, SQL, statistical software such as SPSS, R, or Python) is beneficial.
Competence in synthesizing findings into clear reports, presentations, and visualizations that are accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, data validation, and maintenance of research records.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related disciplines.
Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with research ethics, data privacy practices, and compliance with institutional or regulatory guidelines.
Experience in industry or academic research settings is an advantage.
