Role Description
Palriwal Industries Private Limited is seeking an experienced Production Incharge – CCR (Aluminium Wire Rod Rolling Mill) for a full-time, on-site position at its manufacturing facility in Ranchi, Jharkhand.




The Production Incharge will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Continuous Casting and Rolling (CCR) section and ensuring the safe, productive, and consistent production of aluminium and aluminium-alloy wire rods.
The candidate must have hands-on experience in producing different grades of aluminium and alloy wire rods, including 8176, AL59, EC Grade, 6210, STAL, and other specialized grades. The candidate should possess a thorough understanding of the process controls and metallurgical requirements applicable to each grade.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
Manage the complete CCR process, including melting, alloy preparation, metal treatment, casting, rolling, cooling, coiling, and finished-product handling.
Ensure the production of wire rods in grades such as 8176, AL59, EC, 6210, STAL, and other aluminium and alloy grades as per appli
