Job Description - CNC Production Incharge:
B.E Mechanical or Automobile or Production or Diploma in Mechanical with 10 years of experience in
Automobile Component manufacturing industry, through CNC turning machining processes.
1. Hands on experience in programming & setting of CNC Turning Centers, VMC with Four Axis / 5-
axis machining and Turn mill centers using Fanuc controller.
2. Sound knowledge in Shop floor control & problem solving, Cutting Tools selection and prove-
out, Fixture design and prove-out, Machine layout planning
3. Positive in Preparation of SOP, Daily monitoring charts, Process Rejection analysis and
implementation of corrective and preventive actions
4. Estimate the Cycle time and reduction based on Tact time and productivity improvement.
5. Production planning and adherence. Manpower planning and reduction.
6. Focus on IATF requirements. Analysis and action plan for PQCDSM.
7. Focus on COPQ and QRQC.
8. Consumables cost planning and reduction.
9. Monitoring the production shift wise, day wise, weekly wise and monthly.
