We are seeking a a member of the Supply Chain and Operational team based in India, who will report to the Indian Supply Chain and Operations Manager and manage all logistics support. The main scope will be supplying functions for finished goods (FG) and be the part of each project team where product/service delivery related to FG is required.



This role will be working closely with the Indian domestic sales and marketing team as well as with the international supply chain and logistics team to ensure that the process of reaching the destination is legally compliant with their relevant procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with Indian logistics, customs, import/export, and FSSAI regulations.
Manage licenses, registrations, renewals, vessel mapping, and cost-effective freight solutions.
Prepare, review, and maintain customs documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of landing, airway bills, certificates of origin, shipping bills, and import/export declarations.
Ensure accurate customs classifications, HS codes, valuation, duty payments, and regulatory filings to facilitate smooth clearance.
Liaise with Customs, FSSAI, DGFT, Legal Metrology, Tea Board, and other regulatory authorities.
