Role Description The Academic Counselor is a full time, on-site role based in Trivandrum. This role involves guiding prospective and current learners in selecting suitable cybersecurity programs, providing academic advising, and supporting their learning journey from enrollment to completion.



The Academic Counselor conducts one-on-one counseling sessions, explains course structure and outcomes, and helps learners align their academic choices with career goals in cybersecurity. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, maintaining accurate learner records, coordinating with faculty and administrative teams, and monitoring academic progress. The role also includes organizing information sessions, supporting placement and internship guidance, and contributing to learner engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
