Purpose

To support the deployment and sustenance of Total Quality Management (TQM) initiatives across the organization by facilitating continuous improvement projects, process excellence initiatives, quality culture development, and implementation of TQM, Lean, and Six Sigma practices. The role contributes to enhancing operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business performance through data-driven improvement initiatives.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Drive organization-wide TQM strategy aligned with business objectives.
Lead deployment of TQM, Lean, Six Sigma, and Daily Work Management (DWM) initiatives across plants and functions.
Develop, review, and institutionalize DTQMP (Department Total Quality Management Plans) to ensure effective quality deployment.
Drive continuous improvement projects focused on quality, productivity, cost, and customer satisfaction.
Establish performance monitoring systems through KPIs, dashboards, audits, and maturity assessments.
Conduct TQM training, coaching, and capability-building programs across the organization.




Promote employee involvement, quality culture, benchmarking, and participation in business excellence awards.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Production / Industrial or equivalent).
MBA (Operations / Quality / General Management preferred).
Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt certification preferred.
Exposure to TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Business Excellence, and DWM frameworks.
5-8 years of experience in TQM, Quality, Business Excellence, or Continuous Improvement roles.
Experience in driving cross-functional initiatives, DTQMP deployment, and organizational capab
