Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and communicative Business Development Executive Intern to help expand our client base among schools, colleges, companies, and healthcare institutions. This role involves lead generation, telecalling, client follow-ups, and supporting the sales pipeline.

Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Generation Identify potential clients (schools, colleges, corporates, hospitals, clinics) through online research, directories, and referrals.
Build and maintain a database of prospective institutions.
Telecalling & Outreach Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Urban Tunics' uniform solutions.
Explain product offerings, pricing structures, and customization options over the phone.
Schedule follow-up calls and meetings with interested leads.




Client Relationship Management Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing clients.
Address client queries regarding fabric, pricing, bulk orders, and delivery timelines.
Build rapport to convert leads into long-term business relationships.
Sales Support Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sample presentations for clients.
Coordinate with the design/production team to align client requirements with manufacturing capacity.
Support the sales team in closing deals and onboarding new clients.
Market Research Track competitor pricing and offerings in the uniform manufacturing space.
Identify new market segments (e.g., current schools, hospital chains, corporate offices) for outreach.
Reporting Maintain daily/weekly call logs and lead status reports.
Report progress, conversions, and challenges to the reporting manager.
Documentation Assist with order documentation, follow-up emails, and CRM/spreadsheet updates.
