Proven track record on improving safety in Fabrication & Assembly
Having expertise in identifying potential risk, Job safety analysis (HIRA) and implementing preventive actions
Strong & Energetic person to implement behavior-based safety movement
Achieve TRIR & LTIR to the bench mark standards
Defining & implementing critical policies such as Work at height, Lifting, Electrical, Welding, LOTO, Contractors Management & Incident management
Spearheading safety initiatives to the Associate Heads, Supervisors and Operators and implementing it.
Maintaining all statutory requirements up to date
Conducting regular process walk along with Team leaders to bridge the gap in safety standards
