Role Description This full-time on-site Guest Relations Executive role is based at the resort in Kollam, Kerala. The Guest Relations Executive will welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out processes, and ensure all guest requests and concerns are handled promptly and professionally. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with reception, housekeeping, and food and beverage teams, assisting with reservations, and supporting the smooth execution of destination weddings and events.



The role involves maintaining accurate guest records, providing information about resort services and local attractions, and promoting special offers to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue. The Guest Relations Executive is expected to maintain a courteous, organized, and service-focused presence throughout all guest interactions.
Qualifications
Robust Guest Relations skills with a focus on building positive, lasting relationships with guests.
Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal and written communication in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Proven Customer Service experience, with the ability to handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints calmly and effectively.
Basic Sales skills to promote resort services, packages, and events to guests and potential clients.
Experience with Receptionist Duties such as managing reservations, answering calls, and handling front desk operations.
