Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard recent Homestays and Villas for our portfolio
Reach out to property owners and build strong partnerships
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Assist in negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures
Maintain and update acquisition pipeline and reports
Who Should Apply:
Students or recent graduates with an interest in hospitality, sales, or business development
Students who aspire to make their own mark and work independently
Willing to start everything from ground zero
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and research tools
