About The Role

We are looking for a Technical Growth Associate who is confident, curious, proactive, and passionate about building business relationships and identifying new opportunities.

This is a client-facing role where you will work closely with the Sales and Management teams to understand prospects, prepare for client discussions, identify their needs, and explore how Testvox can add value.

We are looking for someone who can communicate confidently, think beyond the obvious, ask the right questions, and turn conversations into meaningful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Research prospective clients, their business, products, industry, and key decision-makers before client interactions.
Understand the client's business challenges and identify potential opportunities for Testvox services.




Prepare for client meetings by understanding the client's requirements, possible pain points, and relevant Testvox solutions.
Participate in client meetings and presentations and gradually take ownership of client interactions.
Communicate professionally with prospects and clients and build strong business relationships.
Ask relevant discovery questions to understand client requirements, challenges, priorities, and expectations.
Identify opportunities for Functional, Automation, Performance, Security, API, Mobile, Usability, Crowd Testing, and other Testvox services.
Present relevant company’s capabilities, case studies, and solutions based on client requirements.
Prepare meeting notes, requirement summaries, action items, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with Sales, QA/Technical, Delivery, and Management teams to take opportunities forward.
Maintain accurate lead, prospect, and client information in the CRM.
