This role is ideal for someone who has a strong track record of closing SaaS deals themselves and is excited to coach and mentor a small team of 4-6 junior AEs.

Proven ability to hit and exceed revenue, win rate, and sales cycle KPIs through strong individual selling and team leadership.




Strong AE fundamentals with a consultative & value-selling approach across the sales process (prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, closing, etc.).
Ability to coach, mentor, and build solid sales fundamentals in junior/fresher AEs.
Ability to build trust, create a positive team culture, and reinforce high performance through hands-on coaching.
Willing to collaborate with marketing, CS, and product on feedback loops and customer insights.

What You’ll Do

Own your team's quota and help close SSB deals to achieve organisation's revenue targets.
Lead, coach, and manage a team of 4-6 junior AEs selling to SSB recruitment agencies.
Run weekly 1:1s, deal reviews, call reviews, skill coaching sessions, and performance discussions.
Help junior AEs develop strong fundamentals across prospecting, discovery, demos, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
Step into deals yourself by joining and leading calls alongside AEs.
