Job Description – QA Manager (Functional QA – Capital Markets)
We are looking for a QA Manager with 10–15 years of overall experience, including 8+ years of hands-on Functional/Manual Testing experience. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving QA strategy while remaining technically hands-on, including reviewing automation/code, SQL queries, and APIs as part of the delivery lifecycle.
Mandatory Skills:
10–15 years of total IT experience with 8+ years in Functional/Manual Testing.
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Defect Lifecycle, and Agile methodologies.
Hands-on experience in Functional, Integration, Regression, System, and UAT testing.
Strong SQL skills for backend data validation.
Experience with JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps, or similar test management tools.
Hands-on API testing using Postman or SOAP UI.
Ability to review technical solutions, automation scripts, and code as part of QA governance.
