We are looking for an experienced Boomi Team Lead with 10+ years of relevant experience in integration technologies, with strong hands-on expertise in Dell Boomi (Boomi AtomSphere). The candidate will lead a team of 8–10 engineers, drive end-to-end integration development and delivery, manage technical execution, and work closely with business and technology stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Integration Design, API Management, REST/SOAP web services, data mapping, reusable integration components, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support. The role requires a combination of strong technical knowledge, people leadership, delivery management, and stakeholder-management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & People Management
Lead and manage a team of 8–10 Boomi Engineers, including task allocation, work management, mentoring, delivery tracking, and performance oversight.
Manage end-to-end integration projects from requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.




Strong hands-on expertise in Dell Boomi / Boomi AtomSphere.
Design and build scalable end-to-end integration processes, data mappings, transformations, and reusable components using Boomi.
Solid experience with Boomi API Management, including developing, publishing, securing, and managing REST and SOAP APIs.
Handle API security, authentication, authorization, versioning, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Drive integration architecture, best practices, performance optimization, error handling, and production issue resolution.
Coordinate with business, technical, QA, architecture, and infrastructure teams.
Provide regular stakeholder updates, delivery status, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Strong knowledge of XML, JSON, REST, SOAP, API integration, data transformation, and enterprise integration patterns.
Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and delivery management skills.
