The role
You will own the top of Bachatt's growth engine: paid acquisition, install-to-active conversion, and the creative testing machine that powers both. This is not a "manage the agency" role — you will run campaigns hands-on, read AppsFlyer cohorts at 11pm, and ship 20 ad variants a week.

What you'll own
- Paid acquisition P&L.; Meta first (80%+ of spend today), Google/YouTube as we scale. CAC, install→active, D7 retention, blended payback.
- Creative velocity. Brief, review, and ship 15–25 ad variants weekly against our bumper-rules framework. Kill losers quick, double down on winners.
- Attribution + analytics. AppsFlyer, Meta Ads Manager, our internal event stack. Build the dashboards; do not wait for data engineering.
- Growth experiments. Landing pages, onboarding flows, referral loops, WhatsApp reactivation — you propose, PM/design partner with you, you own the metric.
- Budget planning. Monthly spend allocation across channels, weekly re-forecast, quarterly channel-mix strategy.

What we're looking for

Must-haves




- 1+ years running paid acquisition for a consumer app in India (fintech, commerce, or edtech preferred)
- Deep Meta Ads hands-on — you can read the delivery tab and know when the algorithm is lying to you
- Comfort with AppsFlyer or Adjust — you build cohorts, not screenshots
- Ability to write/judge ad copy in Hindi (or work fluently with a Hindi copywriter) — our audience does not speak marketing English
- Creative instinct — you can look at a hook and predict CTR before spending a rupee
- Speed. If we brief a variant on Monday, it is live by Wednesday.

Nice-to-haves
- You have marketed to Tier 2/3 India or the self-employed / MSME segment
- Comfort with SQL or spreadsheet-level modeling of unit economics
- You have shipped a referral or virality loop that actually worked
- You have opinions about Reels vs. Feed vs. Stories placement mix
