About ACA

ACA was founded in 2002 by four former SEC regulators and one former state regulator. The founders saw a need for investment advisers to receive expert guidance on existing and current regulations.
Over the years, ACA has grown both organically and by acquisition to expand our GRC business and technology solutions. Our services now include GIPS standards verification, cybersecurity and technology risk, regulatory technology, ESG advisory, AML and financial crimes, financial and regulatory reporting, and Mirabella for establishing EU operations.

Overview of Position
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the continued performance and success of ACA’s Salesforce environment. As the Salesforce Administrator, you will drive process automation and manage our Salesforce.com platform. You'll be expected to manage configuration, administration, user support, and SFDC integration with other applications. The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with functional leaders, various organizational units,



and subject matter experts to co-create processes and frameworks to help our sales organization run effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall configuration, functionality, and end-user support of the Salesforce.com platform
Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, triggers, custom workflows, approval processes, installed packages, etc.
Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, etc.
Establish and implement change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc.
Propose solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality and translate approved solutions into actionable deliverables, ensuring high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency
Manage data imports, database de-duping, and cleanup
Manage the integration of applications connected
