The Apprentice, HR Administration is a member of the HR Shared Services team,
supporting the delivery of consistent and high-quality HR services across the
employee lifecycle. Working under the guidance of experienced HR professionals,
the apprentice assists with employee-facing support and administrative processes
such as onboarding, employee data updates, job changes, and leave
administration. The role provides valuable exposure to HR operations while
developing knowledge of HR policies, systems, and processes.
The Apprentice collaborates with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Centers of
Excellence (COEs), and colleagues across the business to ensure accurate and
timely service delivery. Through solid attention to detail, effective
communication, and a customer-focused approach, the apprentice contributes to a
positive employee experience and the efficient operation of HR services.
