Roles & Responsibilities
* Build and lead the Recruitment and HR Operations team.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training activities.
* Coordinate with various HR teams to ensure smooth business operations.
* Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and workplace culture initiatives.
* Oversee HRMS software, recruitment portals, and HR-related systems.
* Drive employee engagement, performance, and organizational development initiatives.

Preferred Industry Background :
Candidates must have experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), NBFC, FinTech, or related sectors.

Key Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the BFSI sector.
* Strong understanding of BFSI business models, industry trends, and competitor landscape.
* Excellent communication and fluent English.
* Robust recruitment, talent acquisition, and team management experience.
* Ability to attract and hire talent from competitor organizations.
