Role Description The Field Sales Specialist for the DSA Vertical is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves identifying and onboarding new Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), nurturing relationships with existing partners, and driving business volumes through coordinated field sales activities. The specialist will conduct regular market visits, generate and qualify leads,



explain NeoGrowth’s product offerings to DSAs and end customers, and support them throughout the loan application and documentation process. The role also includes tracking sales performance, ensuring adherence to compliance and process standards, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve queries and improve partner experience. The specialist is expected to maintain accurate records in CRM tools, provide timely feedback from the field, and contribute to local sales strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with DSAs, customers, and internal teams.
Customer Service abilities to handle queries, provide explicit guidance on products, and ensure a positive experience.
Proven Sales and negotiation skills, preferably in financial services, lending, or MSME-focused products.
