About the Role
Jaseir Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and confident SEO Bidder / Business Development Executive who can generate new SEO and digital marketing projects through online platforms.
This is a sales and business development role, not an SEO execution role.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential projects, preparing winning proposals, communicating with prospects, following up with leads, and converting opportunities into paying clients.

Other relevant freelance/B2B platforms
Experience winning SEO, digital marketing, web development, PPC, or related projects is highly preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Bidding




Search for relevant SEO and digital marketing projects.
Identify high-quality and high-conversion opportunities.
Submit customized proposals instead of generic applications.
Research the client before submitting a proposal.
Write compelling proposals focused on the client's actual problem.
Position Jaseir Technologies as the right solution provider.

Client Communication
Communicate professionally with international clients.
Understand client requirements and business objectives.
Ask the right questions to qualify prospects.
Explain SEO and digital marketing services confidently.
Handle initial negotiations.
Schedule discovery calls/meetings when required.
Follow up until the opportunity is won or closed.
Sales & Conversion
The candidate should be able to convert:
Job/Lead → Proposal → Conversation → Meeting → Negotiation → Client
You will be expected to focus on quality leads and conversions, not simply the number of bids submitted.
