Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, people-oriented intern to support our Business Operations and Human Resources teams. This role involves coordination, process support, and employee engagement, offering broad exposure to HR and business functions. Ideal for someone who is a quick learner, enjoys interacting with people, and brings creative energy to the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Business and HR teams, including scheduling meetings, coordinating with stakeholders, and assisting in internal events.
Assist hiring managers in following established recruitment processes, such as raising requisitions on Darwinbox and maintaining documentation.
Support day-to-day business operations, helping teams execute tasks efficiently and meet timelines.
Prepare and manage reports,



data trackers, Excel sheets, and presentations as required.
Drive and support employee engagement activities, including ideating, organizing, and executing floor-level and virtual initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful rollout of engagement programs, internal communications, and celebrations.
Assist in collecting feedback and analyzing participation metrics to enhance future engagement efforts.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. (not mandatory)
Quick learner with an extroverted personality to help drive engagement on the floor.
Solid communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker with a flair for designing fun and inclusive employee experiences.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
