Qualification: B.Tech/BE in Computer Science, Information Technology, ECE, or related field

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery, coach teams, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement across projects.

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
Coach the team on Scrum principles, Agile practices, transparency, inspection, and adaptation.
Support the Product Manager in release planning and delivery.
Identify and remove impediments, including cross-team coordination, logistical, and organizational challenges.
Promote an Agile culture, collaboration, cross-training, and shared accountability.
Facilitate effective communication, conflict resolution, decision-making, and goal setting.
Maintain Agile tracking tools and boards such as JIRA.




Monitor team performance and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
Guide teams and stakeholders in adopting Scrum and other Agile methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of overall experience, with 5+ years in Agile/Scrum environments preferred.
Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, User Stories, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
At least 1 successfully delivered project as a Scrum Master.
Experience delivering at least 3 technical projects with exposure to software development and/or project management.
Solid communication, facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar Agile tools.
Relevant Scrum certification (CSM/PSM or equivalent) is a plus.
