The Role

The Venture Debt team is looking to add an investment professional at Analyst/Associate level to our growing Venture Debt team in Bengaluru. The Fund has made over 60 investments from Series A to Pre-IPO and as an active team member, you will play a hands-on role across the deal lifecycle- from origination and underwriting to structuring, IC memo preparation, documentation support, and ongoing portfolio monitoring — working directly with senior leadership on live transactions."

What You'll Do
Transaction Evaluation & Execution




•Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal investment committees.
•Conduct end-to-end due diligence covering financial analysis, business model evaluation, and regulatory assessments.
•Support credit underwriting and transaction structuring, assessing factors such as leverage, liquidity, collateral quality, and cash flow stability.
•Support end-to-end execution of private credit and growth debt transactions.
Origination Support
•Conduct market and sector research to identify recent investment opportunities.
•Track borrower and sponsor activity to support origination pipeline development.
•Assist senior team members in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
Portfolio Monitoring & Risk Management
•Track covenant compliance, financial milestones, and early warning indicators across the active portfolio.
