Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Engineer role based in Ghaziabad. The Sales Engineer will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build relationships with existing and potential clients, and promote Engko’s prefabricated buildings, PUF panels, and related solutions.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting site visits, understanding client technical and commercial requirements, preparing proposals and quotations, and providing product demonstrations. The role involves close collaboration with the engineering and production teams to develop feasible solutions, support tenders and negotiations, and ensure accurate project handover. The Sales Engineer will also track market trends, maintain sales records, and work toward defined sales targets while upholding the company’s service and quality standards.
Qualifications
Strong technical aptitude in civil / structural / mechanical engineering or related fields, with the ability to understand prefabricated structures, PEBs, and PUF panels.
Demonstrated sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
