Job Description:-
Responsible for leading SCM solution delivery, managing consulting teams, ensuring project success, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end SCM solution delivery for ERP implementations
· Manage functional consultants and project workstreams
· Define overall SCM solution architecture
· Conduct executive-level workshops with stakeholders
· Oversee integrations, testing strategy, and data migration
· Manage project timelines, risks, and resource allocation
· Support presales activities and solution demonstrations
· Ensure governance and quality assurance of deliverables
· Assist in conducting interview, asset development and presales activity

Key skills required
9+ years’ experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
Robust leadership and stakeholder management skills
Candidate to be certified in “Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect”
Experience managing large ERP implementation programs
Knowledge of global supply chain best practices
Exposure to Copilot and AI agents
Worked on Indian Localization (Optional)
Education - Any Graduate
