Business Development Executive (BDE) – Field Sales | EdTech

Location: Kozhikode / Malappuram, Kerala

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Performance Incentives + Travel Allowance

About the Role

We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) for a leading EdTech organization. The role involves promoting Learning Management System (LMS) solutions and digital learning programs to schools and educational institutions.

This is a field sales and B2B business development role involving client visits, product demonstrations, relationship building and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach schools and educational institutions in the assigned territory.
Generate new leads through field visits, networking, referrals and direct outreach.
Meet school principals, management teams and other decision-makers.
Present and demonstrate LMS and digital learning solutions.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Prepare proposals and quotations.
Negotiate and close business deals.




Build and maintain long-term relationships with schools.
Maintain the sales pipeline and customer information in CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and implementation.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Submit regular sales and activity reports.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Field Sales, Institutional Sales, EdTech Sales or related sales roles.
Experience dealing with schools or educational institutions is an advantage.
Robust communication and presentation skills.
Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
Strong relationship-building and networking ability.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel within Kozhikode and Malappuram.
Valid driving licence and own two-wheeler preferred.
Immediate joiners preferred.
