The Associate Director - Talent Acquisition will lead the organization's talent acquisition strategy and execution, ensuring the attraction, engagement, and hiring of top talent across all business functions. This role is responsible for managing recruitment operations, building high-performing recruitment teams, driving workforce planning initiatives, enhancing employer branding, and partnering with business leaders to meet current and future talent needs. The ideal candidate possesses solid leadership capabilities, expertise in talent acquisition practices, data-driven decision-making skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while delivering exceptional hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Acquisition Leadership
Develop and execute enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.




Partner with executive leadership and business unit leaders to forecast talent requirements and workforce needs.
Establish scalable recruitment frameworks, processes, and governance models.
Drive continuous improvement in hiring effectiveness, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
Recruitment Operations Management
Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple geographies, business units, and functions.
Ensure achievement of hiring targets, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire metrics.
Monitor recruitment pipeline health and proactively address hiring challenges.
Manage recruitment budgets, agency partnerships, and vendor performance.
Stakeholder Management
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on talent market trends, hiring strategies, and workforce planning.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Compensation teams, and business leaders to optimize hiring decisions.
