This role is hands-on, creative, analytical, and deeply connected to brand storytelling. From conceptualising campaigns to publishing content and analysing results, you will own the entire digital marketing cycle, encompassing both inbound and outbound communication.

Key Responsibilities

Understand Gaining Ground's brand values,



vision, and brand philosophy, and translate them into a consistent digital presence.
Create thoughtful and impactful content aligned with our brand tone and messaging.
Develop content for internal and external communication, posts, emailers, presentations, and campaigns.
Manage all social media accounts (LinkedIn, Email, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) end-to-end: strategy, creation, posting, monitoring, and optimisation.
Use Zoho Social and Zoho Campaigns for scheduling, tracking, reporting, and running targeted campaigns.
Create clean, professional designs using tools like Canva, Figma, or iShot and similar tools.
Monitor analytics, prepare reports, and adjust strategies for better reach and engagement.
Stay up-to-date with trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep your content fresh.
Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals, and with exte
