We're looking for someone who can:
Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel, and appointments
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting minutes
Handle confidential information with professionalism
Track action items and ensure timely execution
Support day-to-day executive and administrative operations
Preferred Profile:
Experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant supporting senior leadership
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills




Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
