Role Description
The Sponsorship Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and closing sponsorship opportunities for Fresh Learn Global conferences, exhibitions, and training programs. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting new sponsors,



managing sales pipelines, conducting meetings and presentations, and negotiating sponsorship packages to meet revenue targets. The role involves collaborating with marketing and event teams to create compelling sponsorship proposals and ensure sponsor satisfaction before, during, and after events. The Sponsorship Sales Executive will also maintain strong relationships with existing sponsors and continually research market trends to uncover new business opportunities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

Solid sales, business development, and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Experience in sponsorship sales, B2B event sales, or related fields such as conferences, exhibitions, or corporate training programs.
