Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Coordinator to coordinate service activities, customer complaints, technician schedules, and after-sales support. The candidate will act as a bridge between customers, service technicians, and the service management team.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily service and repair activities.
Handle customer service requests, complaints, and follow-ups.
Schedule service appointments and assign jobs to technicians.
Maintain service records, job cards, and customer information.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service jobs.
Follow up on pending repairs, spare parts, and warranty-related issues.
Communicate service updates to customers professionally.
Monitor service turnaround time and customer satisfaction.




Prepare daily/weekly service reports and MIS.
Coordinate with the sales, spare parts, and technical teams when required.
Ensure proper documentation of service and warranty claims.
Handle customer queries related to EV service, maintenance, and repairs.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of automobiles/EVs and service operations.
Valuable coordination and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to manage multiple service requests efficiently.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Candidate
Experience in automobile/EV service coordination or after-sales support will be an advantage.
Candidates with strong communication and customer-handling skills are preferred.
