The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Application Production Support / Support Analyst to provide enterprise-level technical and business support to global users of Risk Systems. The role will be responsible for ensuring the timely availability and functional provision of risk systems, troubleshooting functional and data-related issues, maintaining data integrity,



and delivering high-quality support within agreed service levels. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Investment Banking and Risk Management, along with hands-on experience in Unix/Linux, Shell/Python scripting and SQL-Sybase.

Responsibilities
Application Production Support
Provide enterprise-level technical and business support to global Risk Systems users.
Ensure users receive the agreed level of service and that risk information is available accurately and on time.
Support critical production systems and ensure operational processes are followed effectively.
Research, diagnose and troubleshoot functional, data-related issues and user queries.
Ensure data integrity within the Risk Systems environment.
Risk Management & Business Support
Understand the overall business flow within the Investment Banking domain.
Ensure counterparty deliveries, Stress, FMRC, BT and Calibration data are ava
