II. About the Role
We are hunting for an exceptionally bright, metrics-driven Growth Architect to completely own our market-imbalance acquisition framework for our event EMERGENCE '26 (October 21–24, 2026). You will architect digital campaigns that create extreme visibility, build immense waitlists, and systematically close premium corporate deals across two distinct funnels: high-ticket outstation enterprise decision-makers (retreat seats) and regional software developers (bootcamp seats). Exceptional performance during this initial 2.5-month campaign can lead directly to a permanent executive job offer.

III. What You Will Build and Lead
Build the Campaign Demand Infrastructure: Architect, launch, and optimize high-converting landing pages built on WordPress (Elementor Pro),



fully configured with exact SEO structures (Yoast Premium).
Lead Hyper-Targeted Ad Operations: Deploy and optimize our full performance marketing ad spend across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Search to drive highly targeted B2B corporate inquiries.
Lead the Inside Sales Machine: Directly execute high-touch consultative sales calls to corporate founders, HR heads, and enterprise decision-makers to close high-ticket retreat seats.
Direct the Growth Intern Squad: Command and mentor two dedicated graduate interns, dividing them into parallel operational swimlanes (one focused entirely on ad tracking and the other on high-volume outbound calling).
