An Ideal candidate must have:
A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role in a multi-brand apparel format.




Strong understanding of KPIs and KRAs in a big store operations setting.
Proven Ability to manage a floor team of 15 or above.

The Store manager/department manager oversees daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management. This role is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and driving sales performance. The Store Manager monitors loss prevention measures, manages cash handling processes, and ensures compliance with company policies. The position also involves coaching and developing store team members, resolving escalated customer issues, and preparing regular performance reports for leadership.
