About the Role

FinnovationZ is looking for an experienced and target-oriented *Insurance Executive* with strong experience in *Health Insurance and Term Insurance*.

The candidate will be responsible for handling prospective customers, conducting *online product demos/consultations, understanding customer requirements, explaining suitable insurance products, handling objections and closing the customer on the spot or during the sales interaction*.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and assigned insurance leads and convert them into customers.
Conduct professional *online demos/consultations* for prospective clients.
Understand customer financial and insurance requirements.
Explain *Health Insurance and Term Insurance* products, features, benefits, coverage and applicable terms.
Recommend suitable insurance solutions based on customer requirements.
Handle customer queries and objections effectively.
Follow up with interested customers and drive them towards closure.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate lead, customer and sales records in the CRM.




Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, policy issuance and payment-related processes.
Ensure proper follow-up until the customer journey is completed.
Maintain high standards of customer communication and professionalism.
Generate maximum conversions from assigned leads and online demos.

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 3 years of relevant insurance sales experience.
Solid hands-on experience in *Health Insurance and Term Insurance* is mandatory.
Proven track record in insurance sales and customer conversion.
Experience in conducting *online sales demos/consultations* will be preferred.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent objection-handling and negotiation skills.
Ability to close sales *on the spot*.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Good understanding of insurance products, policy terms and customer requirements.
