Job Title: Facade Estimator
Location: Coimbatore (On-site)
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Facade Estimator who can accurately evaluate project requirements, prepare cost estimates, and contribute to delivering high-quality façade solutions.
If you understand façade systems inside-out and love working on real-world projects, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates for façade projects
Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams
Evaluate materials like aluminium systems, glass,



and cladding
Assist in tendering and project budgeting
Mandatory Requirements (Read Carefully)
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in façade domain (MANDATORY)
Strong knowledge of façade systems & materials
Must be willing to work on-site in Coimbatore
Applications without façade experience will NOT be considered
Work Details
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Mode: On-site
Preferred Skills
Estimation & BOQ preparation
AutoCAD / basic drawing understanding
Knowledge of curtain wall, doors, windows / glazing systems
Strong analytical & communication skills
