Our client is a fast-growing, technology-led BFSI company transforming the collections ecosystem through an AI-powered, full-stack Collections-as-a-Service model. The company works with 100+ RBI-regulated lenders, helping banks and NBFCs improve their collections and recovery outcomes through technology, AI and scalable collections operations.
With a strong presence across Mumbai and Bengaluru, the company is rapidly expanding its enterprise business and is looking to strengthen its sales leadership team.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and results-driven AVP - Sales to drive recent business acquisition and revenue growth across the BFSI ecosystem. The role will focus on building relationships with banks, NBFCs and fintechs,



driving large enterprise deals and developing strategic partnerships.
The role is based in Mumbai, reports to the Head of Sales, and requires significant PAN-India travel to meet clients and drive deal closures.

Job Responsibilities:
Drive new client acquisition across banks, NBFCs, fintechs and digital lenders.
Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure.
Build and grow strategic relationships with BFSI clients through upsell and cross-sell.
Lead large enterprise deals and RFPs across private and public-sector clients.
Engage with CXOs, business heads, collections, credit risk and other senior stakeholders.
Work closely with internal teams to develop solutions and drive successful client partnerships.
Travel across India to meet BFSI clients, build relationships and close strategic deals.
