Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Consultant role based in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Consultant will engage with prospective buyers and investors, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable residential and commercial properties. Daily responsibilities include conducting property visits, explaining project features, handling client queries, and maintaining strong relationships with developers, property owners, and clients.



The role involves managing the sales cycle from lead generation and follow-up to negotiation and closure, as well as maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. The consultant will also participate in regular trainings, market research, and promotional activities to stay informed about local real estate trends and enhance sales performance.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property, including local Bengaluru market trends and regulations.
Proven Sales experience with the ability to meet or exceed targets and manage end-to-end sales cycles.
Effective Negotiation skills to support clients and stakeholders in reaching mutually beneficial agreements.
Ability to participate in and apply Training on products, processes, and compliance to improve performance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
