Role Purpose
We are looking for a Senior Manager / Associate Director – Finance to join our Credit+ business in Bangalore.
This is an end-to-end finance role with a strong focus on Financial Reporting, Controllership and Accounting, along with exposure to FP&A; and Business Finance.
The role will work closely with business and senior leadership teams to ensure robust financial reporting, strong controls and provide meaningful financial insights to support business decisions.

Responsibilities we entrust you with
1. Financial Reporting & Accounting
Own and drive monthly,



quarterly and annual financial reporting and closure for the business.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports.
Drive accounting and reporting in accordance with Ind AS and IFRS.
Ensure appropriate accounting treatment for complex and business-specific transactions.
Coordinate with auditors and support statutory, internal and other audits.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, policies and regulatory requirements.
2. Controllership
Oversee key controllership functions including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Collections and reconciliations.
Strengthen financial controls and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Drive timely closure of books and resolution of accounting issues.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation and stronger financial controls.
