Climb X Global is looking for a Performance Marketer who can plan, execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns and help brands achieve measurable growth.

Position: Performance Marketer
Experience: 1+ Year
Location: Akriti Business Center, 4th Floor, 141 Workspace, Bhopal
Job Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do:
• Plan and manage Meta & Google Ads campaigns
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance
• Manage budgets, CPL, CPA, ROAS & conversions
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
• Conduct audience research and campaign testing
• Test ad creatives, copies and audiences
• Track leads and conversions
• Work closely with the creative and marketing team

What We're Looking For:




• 1+ year of experience in Performance Marketing
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics
• Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with budgets and performance targets
• Willingness to learn, test and experiment
