About the Role:
DhronAI is looking for an experienced Business Development Associate to drive business growth, generate qualified opportunities, build robust client relationships, and expand our presence in the technology and enterprise solutions market.
The ideal candidate should have a proven background in technology sales, B2B SaaS sales, or enterprise software sales and be comfortable handling the sales process from prospecting and qualification through client meetings, follow-ups, and closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, research, and generate new business opportunities.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, phone calls, networking, and other channels.
Understand prospect requirements, business challenges, and technology needs.
Conduct discovery calls and qualify leads based on business requirements and buying potential.
Schedule and participate in client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.
Present DhronAI's products and solutions to prospective clients in a clear and compelling manner.
Manage consistent follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.
Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and other sales documentation.
Maintain accurate lead, prospect, and opportunity information in the CRM/ERP.
Coordinate with product and technical teams to understand requirements and develop suitable solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
Research competitors, market trends, industries, and emerging customer requirements.
Contribute to business development strategies, sales campaigns, and go-to-market initiatives.
Track sales activities, pipeline movement, conversions, and other relevant KPIs.
Work closely with leadership to identify strategic accounts and new market opportunities.
