Senior Analyst /Team Lead - Analytics (Collections) – M4

Ideal candidate will be leading team of analysts for Collections. Will be
involved in formulating data driven strategies for the Collections Vertical.

Location - Mumbai

Responsibilities
- Engage with Collections Vertical to understand and align with key business
priorities
- Drive a culture of curiosity towards
- understanding of processes, systems and
- their linkage to data
- Prioritize projects & set delivery agenda for Collections analytics
- Conceptualize analytics solutions to pressing business problems
- Mentor analysts in the team, enable to
- conduct deep dive analytics solutions,
- build storylines,
- make actionable recommendations
- Develop statistical/ML models/ Formulate strategies to improve Collections
efficiency
- Inculcate a culture of experimentation

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferably from Tier1 Institute) in Engineering,




Statistics, Economics, Business or related field
- 2-4 years of analytics experience in either Collections/Credit Risk/
Modelling/Cards/Loans
- Proficient in SAS/SQL/Python
- Positive problem solving skills, Ability to build storylines & recommendations for
business stakeholder consumption i.e. Ability to “Think in Math, Speak in
English”
- Analytics Solution Design & development
- Good business acumen
- Project & Stakeholder Management
