About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented Legal Counsel with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience in Contracts, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), and Client Advisory. The role requires robust drafting skills, client-handling abilities, and a solution-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
1. Contract Drafting & Review
- Draft, review, negotiate, and vet commercial agreements.
- Identify legal and commercial risks and provide mitigation recommendations.

2. Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
- Conduct trademark searches and handle filings, objections, oppositions, and renewals.
- Draft licensing, assignment, and IP commercialization agreements.

3. Client Consultation & Advisory
- Conduct legal consultations and advise MSMEs on contracts, compliance, and risk management.
- Explain legal implications in business-friendly language.

4. Matter Management




- Manage assigned matters end-to-end.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders.

5. Knowledge & Process Development
- Develop templates, clause libraries, and legal checklists.
- Conduct training and contribute to legal awareness initiatives.

Technical Skills:
- Contract drafting and negotiation

Qualification
LL.B. from a recognized university, enrolled with the Bar Council of India, with 3–4 years of relevant experience.
